Hi! I am Inge Loman

As the certified walking coach at Offliner Walking Coaching, I have gained worldwide experience in finding new ways together. First in Spain, Peru and Guatemala through development work and then as a nurse and project leader of innovative projects in healthcare.

As a nurse, caregivers hold a special place in my heart, but I work with anyone who wants to make a positive, proactive change in their life. I'm asking you while walking, to bring out the answers (that have been in your head for a long time) to your own questions!

What is Outdoor Coaching?

Simply put, a way of coaching where sitting in a consulting room is exchanged for walking in the open air. This work method helps you to set your thoughts in motion. Furthermore, I do everything a coach does to help you become aware of your own thinking and acting so that you can use this to change aspects of your daily life.

How long is a coaching session?

A coaching session usually lasts between one and a half and two hours. We start with a cup of coffee in the camper and then set off. I think it's important to take the time for you. So it's no problem at all if our conversation takes a little more time. On the other hand, if we finish earlier, we can just as easily continue walking together if you like.

Is the intake free?

Yes, an intake interview is free at Offliner Wandelcoaching and the best way to find out if I can help you. After you have provided your contact details, we will call you to get acquainted and plan the intake walk. We will then know soon enough whether you like this form of coaching. I like to hear from you!
